Phase Two – Research & Identify Candidates
- Identify target companies, leverage proprietary database, and network with industry sources
- Approach and recruit potential candidates
- Screen and assess prospective candidates
- Refine list of prospective candidates
Phase Three – Interviews and Evaluations
- Assess and review prospective candidates with client
- Evaluate candidates utilizing in-person, competency-based interviews
- Prepare detailed background profiles of each recommended candidate
- Present slate of finalist candidates
- Coordinate and facilitate client interviews with candidates
Phase Four – Client Interviews / Select Executive
- Obtain and deliver feedback between client and candidates
- Collaborate second-round and final interviews with client
- Conduct in-depth and formal reference checks
- Negotiate compensation and benefits with successful candidate
Phase Five – Client Satisfaction / Candidate Transition
- Ensure smooth transition and integration for candidate
- Review quality of process following search completion
- Engage in client satisfaction evaluations to ensure long-term relationship
